Sales Manager – Energy Management – Al-Khubar – Siemens AG

What are my responsibilities?
Provide deal team leadership for related sales within an assigned sales region through the formulation and execution of proposal strategies that capitalize on SIEMENS’s competitive strengths to serve the customer’s needs resulting in execution of definitive sales agreements.
Manage ring the sales proposal process from opportunity identification through contract flow down to key SIEMENS organizations.
Lead deal structuring, pricing and all other proposal development activities as the sales team’s primary proposal interface with projects, platform, global operations, risk management and other functional groups as required.
Lead deal strategy development and reviews, ultimately obtaining appropriate approvals for pricing, delivery and other commercial terms for specific sales proposals· Support sales directors with direct customer negotiations as required.
Assist sales directors and regional general manager in identifying new opportunities and creating sales analysis for the assigned sales region.
Develop effective market strategies in line with the business objectives · Implement approved strategies and drive to closure through all internal and external process steps.
Negotiate contracts and lead negotiating teams on all aspects of assigned projects.
Consultative selling· Demonstrate and maintain a strong commitment to SIEMENS enterprise selling and boundary less sales.
the development of sales opportunities and coordinate with the business lines sales support groups.
Submit winning proposals, lead negotiations, and maintain effective business relationships and develop / maintain necessary processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness of the sales focus.
Participate in developing total quality management initiatives as they relate to company requirements and customer satisfaction · Respond to special client requirements.
Develop sales growth plans for a region with a particular focus on the strategic view of the business.
Build strong relationship at government level and works to identify in advance the future customer needs.
Improve the cross-functional cooperation.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Engineering Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Commercial or Oil & Gas industry.
Knowledge of related products, services and markets.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Integrative team working style.
In-depth known of the industrial applications for product lines and markets
