The ideal candidate would possess the following experience and attributes:
Develop a Sales Strategy document.
Receive data from the Production Section, Marketing Section and the Finance Section.
Perform a consolidation for the collected data and analyzing the performance to date in order to develop the sales strategic plan.
Ensure that the Sales Strategic Plan developed, shall be comprised of the Sales Plan, objectives / targets, programs.
Receive the approved sales strategic plan from the General Manager and develop details pertaining to the sales calendar plan.
Assigning effective and efficient sales team to each sales task, in line with the approved Manpower plan and shall be based on the competency required for each task.
Ensure that all concrete sales tasks have been implemented.
Review and make necessary changes if required for the rebate & rental agreement proposal
Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by the keeping current with supply and demand, changes in trends, economic indicators and competitors.
The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:
5- 8 years of experience in Sales with at least two (2) year experience in a related field (Head of Sales)
Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry.
Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
