C-arm Sales Specialist – Siemens Healthineers – Siemens AG

What are my responsibilities?
Execute strategies and action plans to drive Surgery (C-arms) sales. Prospect new accounts and manage existing customers. Generate proposals, prepare sales quotations, plan customer meetings, and perform product demonstrations to show case capabilities of C-arms products. Forecast monthly sales numbers for territory

Improve market coverage & transparency
Provide leadership in market analysis and development. Communicate current market intelligence to the business, along with field concerns, issues, and requirements
Providing best support during all phases of business acquisition ﹠ regularly monitor the outcomes. Observing business guidelines ﹠ policies under all circumstances.
Develop long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs. Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships
Perform other duties and assist with special projects as requested
Supports PM concerning customer requirements and solution design during project implementation
Win/Loss Analysis & make recommendations for value proposition adaptation
Identify Competitor trends & recommend main arguments against competitors
Development of Reference Sites & Organizing and Management of Demo units

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Work experience of at least 3 Years in Siemens Medical Solutions or Competitors in: Marketing or sales activities in the area of Healthcare systems. Or Radiography background with at least 5 years’ experience
Work experience of at least 3 Years including customer presentations, price quoting, product demonstration, negotiation, closing, and growing a sales territory. Experience selling medical devices in an operating room, urology, or related setting. Previous healthcare c-arm sales experience and selling to managed care / hospital organizations strongly preferred
Product application, hospital / clinical workflows, value selling and sales techniques
Dealing and implementing complex projects
Intercultural Experiences
Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to communicate with colleagues in different departments.
Experience in working with different cultures and nationalities. Has to understand the country specific needs for the modalities concerned.
