Position Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to develop the Saudi market and be responsible for assigned Saudi provinces, enhancing local sales performance and implementing sales strategies. Ensure a proactive and focused sales approach based upon assigned Vertical Markets, and other sales and business initiatives as defined by the company

The Security Sales Manager will create security system integrator channels in Saudi, be a strategic distributor of Honeywell security systems and maintain the relation with the existing customers. The Sales Manager should also provide steady flow of support in the form of weekly business reports, as well as updates on current events in the territory.
Acts as company representative and liaison to customers and local authorities for Integrated Security Systems in order to understand and capitalize on local market opportunities, foster successful relationships and create positive image
Formulates sales strategies ranging from highly competitive plans and spec projects to long-term planning for multi-site owners
Coaches, Mentors, partners employees to increase selling effectiveness and achieve company objectives, including Presentation Skills, long range planning and performance management (goal setting, one on one coaching sessions, and periodic performance and account reviews), with particular emphasis on large target or key account sales
Supports the development and leads implementation of Business Target Agreements at the territory level including sales order intake forecast, annual budget
Within the Integrated Security Systems market, track competitor activities, client needs products, systems, prices, reports and recommends changes and improvements to management when appropriate
Collaborating with Customer Service and technical managers for initiatives related to technical execution of projects
Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to help them achieve and exceed their sales goals
Develop and maintain a broad background in Honeywell’s core technology offerings, to ensure the ability to design customer solutions and close sales opportunities as independently as possible.
Adapt to and quickly learn new security technologies, products, and integrated systems
Savvy in designing high level security systems including Closed circuit television systems, Access control systems, and Intrusion alarm systems
Documents and reports economic, technological, and competitive factors which may impact business opportunities

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
Fluent English & Arabic required
A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, an accredited college or university
Sales & Technical lead experience representing a manufacturer, as opposed to representing a contractor
Customer focused; Activity Driven
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
Technical lead capable to capture the customer requirements and provide end to end solutions for security systems, study tender specifications to prepare an Input/Output Summary
Working knowledge of Electronic security Applications for Access control platforms, CCTV systems, Intrusion, etc
Possess suitable product knowledge primarily Honeywell security products and enterprise systems, and familiar with instruments used in Security industry
Assist partners in designing and building security-specific solutions; to include selection and integration of HSG products portfolio
Good knowledge of security design applications – specifically in the areas of access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and integrated security
Must have multi-tasking capabilities with strong ability to plan, prioritize and manage complex tasks and reports under aggressive timelines
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
