The ideal candidate would possess the following experience and attributes:
Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the Company
Set Quality Assurance compliance objectives and ensure that targets are achieved
Promote the culture of evaluating customer satisfaction with the Company’s products and quality of service through objective evidence in order to determine the extent of customer satisfaction and identify steps for improvement in quality.
Ensure compliance with national, international and ISO standard and legislation.
The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:
A University degree in engineering
At least 8 years in operations of which at least 5 years in quality systems auditing
ISO certification is preferred
