PROGRAM EXECUTION PLAN OUTLINE
The Offshore Program Management Contract (usually referred to as OMPP – Offshore Maintain Potential Project) is a multi-year, multi-program covering both greenfield and brownfield offshore projects. The scope of this program includes Engineering & Design, Procurement and Construction Management support for Saudi Aramco’s Northern Area Offshore MPP and capital projects, including both greenfield and brownfield. Major project types include new facilities, existing platform upgrades, subsea and pipelines The scope of the program will include an extensive range of technical and consulting services including support from diverse project management and engineering disciplines covering PMT; Engineering & Design; Procurement; Logistics and Materials Management; Fabrication Inspection and Construction Management. Individual projects will normally be released to MHPD through the issuance of Work Element Releases (WER’s). Multiple WER’s may be in various stages of completion throughout the life of the program.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES (Not limited To)
On a daily basis, monitor all aspects of Offshore Safety.
Monitor contractor’s compliance with Safety Program and Training.
Prepare and maintain reports and documentation concerning the aspects of the safety program assigned.
Maintain knowledge of safety policies and procedures to enable the performance of assigned duties in a safe manner.
Conduct routine safety inspections, monitoring and analysis of work areas.
Accept assignments within the safety departments and perform specific duties as may be required.
Maintain knowledge of applicable rules and regulations including government regulations, standards and policies.
Be available at all times in case of emergency.
Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Project.
Provide support to Saudi Aramco’s Safety Coordinator and monitor onshore/offshore construction activities to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Loss Prevention requirements.
Offshore and other site visits, as required.
Minimum of Ten (10) years’ offshore experience.
Completed internationally recognized Safety Certifications, e.g. NEBOSH, etc.
Is willing to work offshore
Good computer skills, e.g. MS
Current valid Offshore Survival certification from a recognized safety training organization is preferred, but is not mandatory; candidates must provide copies of all current/expired offshore training certifications.
Candidates not having acceptable or expired certificates will be required to undergo Saudi Aramco safety training and certification, Offshore medical, etc.
BENEFITS SUMMARY (Single Status)
Location: Saudi Aramco office in Al-Khobar, Tanajib, offshore and other locations In Kingdom as required by Saudi Aramco.
Safety personnel are seconded to Aramco and they locate them as needed.

Contract duration: 2 years
Probationary period: 90 days
Basic salary (including premium for offshore working): By negotiation
Accommodation Allowance: 25% of basic salary
Transportation Allowance: As per company policy
Holidays: 22 working days (30 calendar days) annually; 3 tickets for Western, 1 ticket for Eastern
Medical Insurance: Provided (as per company policy)
End of Service Benefit As per Saudi Labor Law
Working week: 48 hours, rest days Friday and Saturday
Public holidays As per Saudi Aramco operating calendar
