As a Learning Specialist for Starbucks, you will provide a professional standard of mentorship, delivering classroom and “on the job” training for our team.
This is a key role with responsibility for setting training direction across multiple career levels, initiating training programs and tailoring them to the needs of your specific location, and working with the HR and the operations team to support learning and development initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a mentoring or training role
• Food Safety accreditation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.
