Integrated Supply Chain Operations Leader – Jubail – Honeywell

Job Overview:
This Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Operations Leader role will have responsibility for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental operations through the provision of effective processes.

Manage and facilitate the planning, development and implementation of operational strategies for manufacturing sites, processes and products
Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output
Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures
Use Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing principles to implement corrective and improvement actions
Establish and maintain relevant quality metrics for manufacturing and suppliers which help drive improvement
Input to New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and specials
Perform oversight of all ISC project programs including productivity projects, Kaizen events, and NPI projects
Assist ISC team with the development and implementation of global integrated supply chain design and strategies to align and support the Center of Excellence (COE) long term strategy
Review financial statements and data
Utilize financial data to improve profitability, and prepare and control operational budgets
Control inventory
Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods
Monitor performance and implement improvements
Ensure quality of products
Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity
Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery
Provide technical support where necessary
Plan the use of human resources, and organize recruitment and placement of required staff
Establish organizational structures, and delegate tasks and accountabilities
Establish work schedules, supervise staff, and monitor and evaluate performance

Minimum 5 years of product manufacturing experience
University degree in Engineering (preferably in electrical or mechanical)
Experience working in a manufacturing facility (plastics, textiles) in production/ operations/ supply chain/ quality
Strong leadership experience (including change management) coupled with strong influencing skills, experience with direct and indirect leadership, strong conflict and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of working in a cross-functional environment
Technical background with mechanical & electro-mechanical assembly processes and manufacturing processes (such as molding, machining, stamping) would be an advantage
Continuous improvement experience coupled with knowledge of six sigma and lean tools
Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14000, TQM, SPC) would be an asset
Experience and knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety norms
Black Belt / Green Belt certification desirable
Professional Project Management qualifications (i.e. PMI) preferred
ERP software experience (SAP, Oracle, iScala)
Presentation experience (presenting data to senior management)
Microsoft Office proficiency
High level of written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong influencing skills and highly self aware, recognizing the impact of approach and behaviors on customers, peers, and other internal and external contacts
High level of planning and organization skills
