A large government entity with over 30,000 employees, the company is undergoing company-wide change initiatives, which includes a full HR Transformation project. Due to the creation of a new Strategic HR Function, our client is looking for an Executive Director of Talent Management and Development to head up the Talent Management function.
Based in Riyadh and reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the incumbent’s key objective will be to create and implement a new Talent Management framework which will be implemented across the business. You will oversee the development of Executive Leadership Programs and Talent Management Strategies. You will have both direct reportees across Succession Planning, Executive Recruiting, Career Planning and Leadership and Management Development.
To be considered for this position, you will be educated to degree level with at least 10 years experience within a senior-level role within Talent Management. Ideally, you will have worked within government entities in the Middle East and have a strong track-record in implementing new HR Strategies.
