Communications Leader
As one of the world’s largest Oil/Gas Company, my Client is currently seeking an experienced Communications Leader Department in Saudi Arabia.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to:
You should be able to perform the following:
Responsible for developing strategic messaging plans on a corporate level and driving those messages through the company’s communication channels to appropriate audiences.
Address issues by leading the development of company positions and preparing communication plans to mitigate risks and seize opportunities for the company’s reputation linked to those issues.
Develop and prepare special reports and proposals for presentation by the president and Chief Executive Officer or other company officers to the Board of Directors and for use at meetings with shareholder representatives.
Assist and advise other departments of the company in the preparation of informative material in various media (publications, motion pictures, slideshows, posters, etc.) for dissemination to company employees and the general public.
Produce (including research, writing, illustrations, and design) miscellaneous publications of technical and sensitive nature on aspects of company operations and programs; negotiate contracts with printer and supervises the publication of such material.
Prepare speeches for delivery by the president and CEO and other top executives to employees and the public. Reply to comment in the international and domestic media with letters, press releases, or statements. Recommend media best suited to reach the public or particular segments of the public, and coordinate the use of such media.

To be considered for the role, you must have:
As the successful candidate you will have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Public Relations, or other associated areas.
You will have 10+ years of experience with a track record of publications, either personal or on behalf of other organizations. Skill in leading a communications office would be an advantage.
You will have the skills to take technical content and present it to a wide and varied audience in a variety of forms conversant with modern technology media.
Experience in dealing with technical terminology found in engineering and scientific journals will be an advantage.
