Head Waiter – Azadea Group

Role Purpose
The head waiter is responsible for supervising Waiters/Waitresses andRunners in the designated sections and serving customers to ensure their needsare met with high quality service in a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities
Present customers with food/beverage recommendations, take their orders and relay to kitchen and/or bar staff accordingly
Supervise and serve food/beverages according to the brand’s set procedures and standards to ensure outstanding customer service
Take charge of customers’ bill payments and complaints and escalatecomplex issues to the Supervisor
Supervise and follow up on the execution of food/beverage preparationtechniques in accordance with the brand and report non-conformities to theManager
Participate in achieving set targets for the brand shop
Participate in the restaurant’s opening / closing duties, includingcounting / recording tips while ensuring the respect of the norms and internalstandards
Prepare and send the daily order to the storekeeper to refill theneeded items
Conduct, upon need, briefings for the assigned team members

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
Technical Degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations / Café , out of which1 year in a similar role
Fluency in English
