IT / Administration Officer – Al Sami Group – Saudi Arabia

-minimum 7 years of experience in Administration and IT
-Excellent Arabic (Read, Write and Speak)
-IT Skills including excellent Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop
-Other accounting and Administration related software’s are preferred
-Scheduling Meetings
-Arranging Visas and other requirements
-Excellent document control
-Meeting delegations at Airport
-Followup with assigned works
-Proactive and self-driven and able to handle all admin issues in efficient manners
-Must have a driving license
-Focus , Commitment with job stability, Hardworking, thinker and pro- active, independently deliver, excellent presentations with very well communications skills, trust worth and honesty is a must with dedications and loyalty.
-Excellent in Research and quality of presentations
-Ability to handle Online marketing and social media
-Human Resources Skills is an advantage

-Well versed in English and Arabic (Reading, writing and Speaking)
-Can drive a Car
-Should have 7 years of experience
-Able to arrange meetings / Tickets / Visas for delegations
-Must have IT Administrative Skills
-Document Control skills
-Problem Solving attitude
-Inventory control and renewals of expired documents
-MS Office skills
-Research and Social Media Management
