Managing Recruitment requests for Department Heads – from sourcing to hiring.
Managing the Recruitment process on Social Media from drafting the post, sourcing, sharing dashboard figures and ensures full utilization of the platform.
Fully Responsible for content management of the HR internal and external websites across all locations.
Promote the implementation of all HR policies and procedures.
Familiar with other core HR functions like Performance Management and Workforce Development.
Assist and support the Team in any other ad hoc task
Graduate with majors in Human Resources, Commerce or Business Studies.
MBA/Master’s degree in human resource/SPHR preferable.
Excellent business English skills written and verbal is mandatory.
Fluency is Arabic is also preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience with 4 years in a full time Recruitment role.
HR Oracle ERP / MS Office suite familiarization / practice is mandatory.
Ability to take ownership and go the extra mile.
