We are recruiting for a project team assistant for the Riyadh Metro Project (RMP), which is currently one of the world’s largest infrastructure projects being under construction in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Siemens as a part of a consortium (BACS) consisting of 4 companies is to supply the entire turnkey system for 2 driverless metro lines including metro trains, electrification, signaling, and communications systems.
Your main role is to support the project director, and the project technical and commercial management team in their daily administrative tasks.
What are my Key Responsibilities?
Scheduling and maintaining complex calendar of appointments, conference calls, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinating related arrangements
Organisation events and meetings
Drafting and preparing letters and presentations
Perform assigned word processing, timekeeping, records management, correspondence and assigned project related financial documents processing.
Handle different assignments within project team (commercial, quality, EHSS, time schedule, SAP taks …) to support in peak times
Acting as liaison between all department in Riyadh Metro Project
Monitor, track and report project/work related tasks
Self-manage defined financial tasks
What experience and skills am I likely to need to apply for the role?
3+ years working experience in a similar function
A degree in Business Administration or equivilant qualification
Ability to work with a multinational team and in an international environment
Strong Organization and communication skills.
Strong computer skills, mainly in MS Office softwares (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
