Marketing and Business Development Manager – Riyadh – Siemens AG

What are my responsibilities?
Permanent monitoring and maintaining an overview of the local market developments in all relevant segments, capturing important market intelligence and making it available to the business units through SharePoint, briefings, presentations etc.
Support in preparing corporate business reports such as annual reports, board books, and strategic papers.
Compiling and editing the relevant information into tables, statistics and business reports professionally and timely.
Storing of relevant information, documentation and reports on available storage media – Intranet, SharePoint and maintaining it up-to-date.
Monitoring market developments, with focus on Siemens relevant markets, through third party marketing resources such as Meed, Business Monitor International and local and international Banks. Suggesting new sources of relevant information.
Support in further developing the cross divisional sales approach in the country, as well as driving and facilitating related activities and coordinating the systematic with divisions and documenting the progress.
Conduct detailed competitor analysis relevant to Siemens operations in KSA, generate relevant reports in written and presentation format with continuous monitoring of any changes in the competitors landscape
Support the corporate marketing activities. This not limited to maintaining organization up to date with market, competitor and economy information, support on marketing studies and business reports. Facilitates and drives cross divisional collaboration.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Higher education in the fields of engineering or business from a reputable university
In depth experience and knowledge of budget planning, benchmarking, competitor analysis, market and market share analysis and translating findings into tangible and practical action plans.
Hands on experience in the fields of energy and industrial applications
Strong communication skills in English and ideally in Arabic
Familiar CRM tools
Professional in Power Point (Think Cell) or other PowerPoint ad-ins for creating business charts.
Professional Excel User.
