Assistant – Sales and Marketing Support – Dammam – Siemens AG

What are my responsibilities?
Supporting marketing team in offer processing and submission of tenders in government organizations.
Coordination with proposal team for purchase of tender.
Preparation of Bank Guarantees in coordination with Treasury Department.
Maintaining and responsible for Negotiation and PO Files. Maintaining negotiation status in the database.
Providing assistance to Department staff and perform other administrative duties as required.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Possess at least 1-2 years basic experience in administrative activities or related field.
High School Diploma or equivalent..
Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Experience in working in multi-cultural environment
Possess excellent communication skills, initiative, customer focus and a good team player

What I need to know?
Fluent in spoken and writing of English Language.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in fast paced, growth oriented and time critical environment.
